Bar .B.Q Plaza

Suk Wai and I had our lunch at Bar.B.Q Plaza in Sunway Pyramid and our purpose is to introduce the food and the restaurant . Bar.B.Q is a self-cooking Mongolian and Japanese styles barbeque restaurant. The first Bar.B.Q Plaza is located at Thailand. The mascot of Bar.B.Q Plaza is Bar.B.Gon but it looks like a cute dinosaur.

Bar.B.Q Plaza provides family set, supreme and economic set which have various choices, such as beef, pork, seafood and chicken . Each set comes with salads and rice. They also provided their special barbeque sauce, chilies, some slices of lime and minced garlic which are free of charge. Besides that, there are two pieces of lard for us to grease the hot pan before we grilled our food. I ordered economic pork set and Suk Wai was having economic beef set, each costs us RM20.90.

After waiting for 5 minutes , the waiter was pouring soup into the hot pan and lighted up the stove. While the hot pan was hot enough and the lard placed on it, we put the meat onto the hot pan and started to grill, the remaining vegetables were put around the boiled soup. The vegetables were added into the soup for extra sweetness and makes the soup tastier. We started to roast the food that we had ordered and leave the meat at the hot pan until cooked . Then , this was the time for us to enjoy the food. We had to check the meat once in a while when cooking because it will become too hard if it is overcook. We ate it with sauce and some rice. When the vegetable is cooked, we drank the soup and added some sauce into it to enhance the taste. We normally have rice in our meal therefore we ordered garlic rice because it tastes nice and incense. We were busy getting our hands for the food and chating with each other while we were eating.

Besides , we also ordered some dessert even we were quite full. We also realized that most of the customers came along with their friends and family . I truly believe that this is another way to build up relationships between each other . The environment is quite comfortable and clean, in addition ,  the service is good and the waiters are polite . When we finished eating, they will clean up the table immediately with disinfectant to confirm that the next customer will feel comfortable in the restaurant. We feel satisfied after we ate.
